The Four Blessed Looks…

Some inputs for reflection

Look back and Thank God.

Look forward and Trust God.

Look around and Serve God.

Look within and Find God.

Face your past without Regrets.

Handle your present with confidence.

Prepare for the future without fear!

Happiness is a conscious choice, not an automatic response; so,

Forgive quickly

Believe slowly

Love truly

Laugh uncontrollably

Free the heart from hate

Free the mind from worry

Live simple

Give more

Expect less

And enjoy the journey on earth.

If help is needed, ask God,

If not, thank God!

Each moment of our life is a picture which we had never seen before and which we will never see again so we should enjoy and live life and make each moment beautiful, make each moment an expression of joy and live thoroughly in the present moment, without the regrets of the past nor the anxieties of the future

Thank God, Trust God,Serve God,Find God — lines embody perhaps everything one needs to know and practise.Maybe, the essence of all the scriptures on earth is captured in these lines. I immediately recorded it in my diary and in my Quotation Collection book.
Bhakti Yoga,Gnana Yoga,Karma Yoga and Raja Yoga — in a nutshell, I believe. All simplified in four lines.
    Thanks Guruji.
