If you worry too much about what other people think you will always be their prisoner. If you think you are what your friends and enemies say you are, you obviously do not know yourself. You can’t please everybody. Don’t let criticism worry you. Worry gives a small thing a big shadow. The faculty of imagination is for creativity. It should not be misused for worrying.  

An infallible sign of enlightenment: one no longer cares what people think and say.

There comes a time in life, when we have to let go of all the pointless drama and the people who create it and surround ourselves with people who make us laugh so hard, that we forget the bad and focus solely on the good. After all, life is too short to be anything but happy.
