Nimish
So many gems in this article. Penning down a few that stood out for me in the hope I remember to remember them;
* When big disappointments happen in life, and when I’m unable to return to our routine life, it doesn’t mean something is wrong with me or that I’m loosing it! – It simply means that I am human, and need a little time with myself.
* I must remember to think positivly and even use words even with myself specially in difficult situations – Like what is in my control to change?
* It’s better not to hide emotional pain, and be upfront about it as much as I may be with physical pain. Perhaps I can gently open up and share with the other person when I may be emotionally hurt.
* I should focus on making small changes and know that they will compound and add up to big impact over time!
Thank you Swamiji for sharing another nugget of very practical wisdom that can be so beneficial for us
