Coping with Change… Some Quotes
In the ever changing, impermanent world, we struggle to find some stability. Human nature is that, if circumstances are in our favour, we wish to maintain the status quo and that is impossible. In this existence, everything changes except the ‘law of change’. We cannot step in the same river twice. The river changes every moment and so does the man who stepped in it. Life is a ceaseless change. Change is inevitable.
Everything seems to be rapidly evolving and moving at a constant pace that we often feel we can’t cope up with. For some, the rapidly changing circumstances can even be traumatic. Some are unable to accept the changes, which again causes anguish. As a species that is constantly looking to progress yet find a familiar and comfortable ground to keep our feet on, change can seem like something that is counterproductive to everything we work for. It can be overwhelming and unpleasant, most of the time, to experience changes and new and different circumstances. However, dealing with change is a vital part of life and can often be a strengthening experience. We have no choice but to adapt to the constantly changing situations in our lives and and the environment around us. We need to change our pattern of thinking to do so.
These are the quotes from some of the greatest minds which will help us how best to accept, adapt and cope with change.
“If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude and if you can’t your attitude you deserve it.”

But you can’t blame other people or society in general. It all comes from your mind. When we do the impossible, we realize we are special people.” — Jan Ashford
Remember no matter what your tests are, you are not too weak to fight. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
